New Technology

  1. IPL with optimal pulse technology. (Lumenis)

This is intense pulsed light for photo-rejuvenation skin treatments and is a safe comfortable way to treat conditions such as facial skin imperfections, some birth marks, unsightly small veins, brown pigment age spots and freckles, as well as sun-damage involving the neck and cheeks. In most cases following the treatment you can return to work and resume all regular activities immediately. Depending on the severity of the individual conditions a series of four to six treatment sessions may be recommended. It is important to limit sun-exposure before and after treatment, as this will also be of benefit.

  2. IPL photo epilation. (Lumenis)

This procedure using the Light Sheer Diode effectively treats unwanted hair on all skin types, including dark skinned individuals suck as black, Hispanic and people of Asian descent. A customised treatment programme will be designed for you along with an estimate of how many treatments you may need to meet your expectations. The side effects are rare though you may experience some slight reddening and local swelling of the treatment site, but this naturally goes away within hours.

  3. Fractional carbon dioxide laser skin resurfacing

Active FX technology produces a dramatic effect on the skin. It causes immediate skin tightening, reduces wrinkles, fine lines and softens deeper stress lines, noticeably improving skin tone and texture, as well as stimulating the collagen formation and plumping the skin. The results are long-term and together with a sun-avoidance programme can last for many years. Active FX is the single solution treatment solution for beautiful younger skin with minimal patient downtime.

  4. Fractional Deep FX

This provides deep dermal stimulation improving deep wrinkles and skin texture, particularly improving scars, dramatically in one treatment. The Fractional Carbon Dioxide laser micro-beams precisely target the deep dermal layer of the skin. This stimulates a healing response at least to tissue regeneration and new collagen formation through the entire treatment area. Downtime is kept to a minimum as the high-energy laser beam is applied in a fractional pattern over the surface of the treatment area leaving areas of untouched skin to promote quicker healing.
